Grammatech Wins $9M Contract

Local Ithaca company, Grammatech, recently won a three-year, $9M contract from the U.S. military’s Office of Naval Research. The work will centered around making the military’s computer programs more secure from hackers and foreign intruders.  There is also a $7.5 million option to extend it two more years. Old Library Site Sells for $925K

The Tompkins County Legislature approved the sale of the Old Library site to Travis-Hyde Properties.  The proposed four story building will house 58 senior apartments and ground level commercial space along with a community room managed by Lifelong.  Occupancy of the building is planned for March 2019.  For more information click here.
